Each automation runs on its own keyword. For a second guide, or your next listing, you duplicate the one you already built, swap the keyword and the link, and turn it on. That takes a few minutes, not another hour. Your connections, tags, Zaps and Google Sheet all stay exactly as they are.

The Guide automation is evergreen - meaning once it's live for each unique guide, you never have to touch it again; you can keep collecting leads by posting the same Keyword to lead to that guide, and there's nothing you need to go back and touch in Manychat.

With the listing automations, you just duplicate and update for the next listing you post. Takes only about 3 minutes since you're just replacing a keyword and the listing link.

The pacing comes from built-in delays between messages, so they arrive the way a person would send them instead of all at once.

No. Manychat is an approved Meta partner and connects through Instagram's official API. It isn't logging into your account or pretending to be a person, which is the kind of thing that gets accounts in trouble.

The YES button step is part of staying inside the rules. Instagram requires a lead to opt in before a business can keep messaging them, and that button is how they do it. It's the platform working as designed, not a workaround.

The one thing we'd leave alone is the built-in timing between messages. That's what keeps it from feeling like a bot.
